Oe-aa-sieS is a community rooted in the collaboration between the Khoi San—the first people of South Africa—and individuals from across the globe. This partnership brings together diverse perspectives, talents, and traditions to create a space that is as inclusive as it is inspiring.

Our vision comes to life in two dynamic ways. First, a warm and culturally rich dance floor adorned with beautiful décor elements that pay homage to South Africa’s heritage. This immersive space serves as a tribute to the stories, artistry, and spirit of the land.

Second, a welcoming camp that thrives on shared roles, responsibilities, and the collective effort of its members. Furthermore, it’s a place to meet like-minded people and bring those creative ideas you’ve always dreamed of to life!

We are devoted to acts of gift giving. The value of a gift is unconditional. Gifting does not contemplate a return or an exchange for something of equal value.

Two Ossewa's will take their place behind the DJ Booth. The DJ Booth will be surrounded with more sound than necessary. 

A circle of hanging lamps in the middle of the dance floor with 4 Protea chandeliers surrounding it and draping throughout the tent to soften the ceiling. All of this will be mapped with LED's and bulbs controlled manually. Then we have an extension to the outside making room for the latest addition to the camp, the CLOUD. 

The cloud was inspired by the rain dance drawing that we received from Piet the Bushman. This drawing symbolises the traditional dances the Bushmen would perform to ask for rain. Our cloud symbolises exactly that, except we are not dancing under the cloud for rain, but for what the rain brings, life. This will also be fitted with programmed lights.
